Kuddus was the best thing about our trip to Venice. He was on time and very helpful. When Acqua Alta prevented our boat from picking us up at our original pick up location, he came back and got us to the new location on the Zattere. I would recommend him highly.

My porter was on time, profession, and so nice. I had to leave before the sun came up and I felt safe having someone to walk with. He knew shortcuts to avoid as many stairs/bridges as possible. The prices were reasonable. Don’t hesitate!!!!

Such an excellent and stress saving service. I can’t recommend Kuddus enough. He was there both times waiting before scheduled, stayed in contact constantly and carried our bags far and with a smile the whole time!! He is excellent and appreciated.

We cannot recommend this service enough. Easy and prompt communication over whatsapp, and they even accept payment by card. We arrived in Venice with two massive suitcases and other bags and would never have made it on and off the ferry and over the stairs to our hotel without help. They were so kind and stayed with us the whole time so our bags were never out of sight. They even helped us figure out which ferry tickets to buy and what route to take. Abdul was able to arrange help for us again on our return to the train station; they were early for the meeting time and made our transition much smoother. All this at a much better price than our hotel offered. Highly recommend.

The service is wonderful! Abdul was absolutely amazing! They took our 7 suitcases from the house we were renting and delivered them to the train station. The price was reasonable and we were completely satisfied with the service. They were also on time and the communication via WhatsApp was easy and effective!!! I really recommend this service, they can help you out with everything!
